RAVEN by Raven Kauffman Couture Leather Clutch, $395 HSN
Can you tell that we’re a little Oz-obsessed here at Collab? Can you really blame us? From OPI’s whirlwind of a nail polish line to Urban Decay’s witch-inspired makeup palettes (which you can also pick up on HSN), our favorite brands are just giving us so much to love! And now it’s fashion’s turn to get in on the Oz craze! HSN is offering tons of fashion, jewelry, accessories, and home goods that are inspired by the upcoming movie, without being overly literal. Check out some of the collection’s hottest pieces before they air on March 1 & 2.
The Timeless by Naeem Khan Short-Sleeve Sequin Mesh Top is a cool update to your party wardrobe. Silky, sequined, and shiny, I love that this top gives you all the comfort of a t-shirt with all the glamour of a Naeem Khan red carpet gown. Because that is all a girl ever wanted, right? There are dress and skirt versions of this design, too, if you’re looking to go all out for a glamorous night. I love that this shirt is simple enough to not feel overly dressy, but detailed enough to look luxe and expensive. Plus, it’s the easiest way to add Naeem Khan to your closet!
Get your trendy pop of emerald with these Steven by Steve Madden “Mombi” Scaled Loafer. Sure, they’re no ruby slippers, but what better way to transport yourself to the Emerald City? Surely Dorothy would wear this version if she journeyed to Oz in 2013. I’ve never seen this cool scaled texture before, so they’re definitely a fun wardrobe investment. These shoes also come in royal blue and classic black if more timeless pieces are your style.
If you’d rather refresh your home than your wardrobe with a dose of Emerald City magic, check out the fresh D.L. & Company Emerald Woods Glass Diffuser. The forests of Oz must smell like the Amazon, because this diffuser is packed features notes of pomelo, cassis, white ginger, exotic orchid, apple blossom, Amazonian bark, rainforest woods and vanilla pod. Um, yum. The scent is supposed to last for 6 to 9 weeks, so your home will probably smell great until Oz is released on DVD!
Badgley Mischka always delivers gorgeous dresses, but come on. Look at this American Glamour by Badgley Mischka Dress with Studded Epaulets. I’m not 100% sure that this exact dress is part of the Oz-themed show, but it’s too precious for me to leave out of my own roundup. Each different “color” of this dress looks completely different, because it comes in trendy solids and two gorgeous patterns, but this floral butterfly version is absolutely darling. I’m always on the lookout for dresses with feminine edge. This one’s perfect parts girly, dainty, and a little bit retro. I busted out the credit card on this one and ordered it to wear for my graduation this May.
I only learned that hot air balloons and other fun modes of transportation are going to be a huge part of the Oz film because of the amount of them popping up in HSN’s collection. The chicest way to incorporate them into your spring style is probably through home decor. There are tons of great throw pillows, comforters, and home accessories to choose from. Small buys like throw pillows, like these from Highgate Manor, can really update your home’s style without putting in as much effort, time, or money as a real remodeling!
Which pieces are you most excited for in this launch? Let us know, and watch the enchanting presentations of all these products on The Home Shopping Network on March 1 and 2!
ah they look so amazing! I love this.
