Imagine There’s No Hunger: Hard Rock Cafe x John Lennon & WhyHunger

https://i0.wp.com/indiancountrytodaymedianetwork.com/sites/default/files/styles/article_header_image/public/article_media/imaginetheresnohunger.jpgI never thought I would write an article that combined music and food, but that’s the beauty of collaborations. Hard Rock Cafe is teaming up with WhyHunger and the John Lennon Foundation of charities in order to eradicate hunger. This special partnership works around the world in countries including Haiti, India, Kenya, and Thailand. See how you can get involved!

So, you’re sitting at one of the Hard Rock’s amazing world locations, chowing down on a hefty burger and a table-sized plate of nachos. That’s precisely when you realize that not everyone has this luxury. While there may be a Hard Rock in every city you visit, there’s hunger and poverty of countless other destinations on the map. For a $1 donation with your meal, you can pick up a red rubber bracelet inscribed with John Lennon’s legendary lyric “Imagine There’s No Hunger.” Every year, a new bracelet design comes out, so you can easily start a tradition of collecting them on your travels.

You can also pick up an limited edition John Lennon Foundation Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts from any city for your collection. The money raised goes toward fighting hunger all across the globe, with focuses on charity collaboration programs like the Pattanarak Foundation in Thailand, Pathfinder Academy in Kenya, Mouvman Peyizan Payan in Haiti, and City Of Joy India.
