Shoesday Tuesday: Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez Sandals

Fall is a crazy season for department stores, where merchandise is transitioning from neon bikinis to gray wool outerwear. Your job is to make it all work for you! If you play your cards right, fall sales have an amazing way of filling out your entire year’s wardrobe. My latest shopping trip to Kmart landed me four pairs of Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez shoes: for only $19 total. What’s my secret? Wouldn’t you like to know!

Not too shabby, eh? Three pairs of sandals and some super comfy open-toed flats that still get you change back from a $20 bill? That’s my kind of shoe haul! Here’s how it happened:

I’ve been checking out the Dream Out Loud clothing line by Selena Gomez at Kmart from time to time for the last couple years that it’s been out. The prices are amazing to start (I haven’t encountered anything over $20 in the line to date), but if you catch the collection on a sale day, you can really stretch your bucks. Highlights of my shopping Selena’s collection include $2 tank tops and $7 cargo pants.

But on my last shopping trip, I took a stroll down the shoe aisle and came across Dream Out Loud shoes, which I didn’t even realize were part of the collection. The shoes were all originally $16.99 but were on sale for $10.99 plus an additional 50% off the lowest price, making them $5.50 a pair! Cashing in some points on my Kmart rewards card, I got them all for $19. Keep an eye out for similar deals and shop often for your best scores!
