Sole Goddess is Your New Life Saver

There’s an old adage that goes, “If your shoes ain’t hurtin’, they ain’t helpin’!” …Okay, so maybe I swiped that from Katie Cassidy’s character in that Selena Gomez movie, Monte Carlo. But up until now, it’s been too true for comfort.

I have spent too many years of sports, dance, and high heel addiction racking up blisters on every inch of my feet. I have even been known to cover my feet in cling wrap before running 5Ks to avoid chafing and blistering welts. (It doesn’t really help.) Luckily, there is a product out there specifically designed to prevent blisters — and look cute while doing so: Sole Goddess Blister Protection Foot Balm.

I tested this product out on a new pair of flats: the first time I wore this tricky pair out, they had given me blisters everywhere the shoe touched flesh. I let my feet heal, and then I tried wearing them again with Sole Goddess. I was completely blister-free after a 12 hour day on my feet. Sole Goddess has continued to work wonders with all my most finicky heels: it does for feet what lip balm does to chapped lips. Modeled after athletic anti-chafing balms, this blister balm makes your foot’s problem areas soft, allowing your most fashionable shoes to glide against you rather than tug. It comes in a portable, lipstick tube-inspired case that is perfect for carrying with you in case a shoe dilemma pops up. Though specifically useful for fashionable heels, I would also definitely recommend using this for sports and fitness purposes, anywhere you are prone to chafing and blisters.

If you’re eager to test out Sole Goddess for yourself, pick up a tube or two on solegoddess.com. Trust me: you won’t believe you ever wore new shoes without it.
