Rebecca Minkoff’s collection was inspired by photographer Slim Aaron’s work from the ’50s to the ’70s so she aimed to reflect her retro and modern looks in the music as well. DJ Cassidy and band Tennis performed on opposite sides of the runway as they provided the soundtrack for the show. Camille's passion for music began at the advent of the very illegal Napster, which she maaay or may not have used at the time. This interest made a natural progression into learning and teaching herself how to play various instruments for fun. Due to a lack of actual talent and the desire for job predictability, she graduated from Seton Hall University in nursing. When she has time off from her job as a registered nurse in NJ, she enjoys digging through the internet for new things to listen to. Sharing her discoveries and favorite songs with friends through mix CDs, playlists, blogs, and parties is the part of the music experience she enjoys the most, so this is a great opportunity for her to do just that.
